Unless otherwise stated, PCSHOP.GE and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on PCShop.ge. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from PCShop.ge for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
We have a 7-day return/replacement policy, if you are unhappy with your product or your product is defective, please contact us at [email protected] for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) within 7 days of the delivery date. Your return needs to received by our warehouse within 3 business days after the RMA was issued.
When contacting Customer Service, please be sure to include the following:
ID Card/Passport of the client who bought the product
Receipt of the product.
The product you wish to return
Reason for return (Please specify)
If the product has been opened
Would you prefer a refund or an exchange (we cannot guarantee availability)
